Trippy Hippie Returns and Refunds Policy

At Trippy Hippie, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged items.

Defective or Damaged Products If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement. To initiate a request, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide clear photos of the defective or damaged item as proof.

  3. Once approved, we will provide instructions on returning the defective item (if applicable) and send a replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping Damage Disclaimer Trippy Hippie is not liable for any damages that occur during shipping. Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping provider.

Exceptions

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons other than defects or damage.

  • We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

  • Refunds or replacements will not be granted if the claim is made beyond the 7-day notification period.
