Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order is shipped.
   

Delivery Restrictions

• We currently ship only within the United States.

• Some states may have restrictions on certain products. Please check your local laws before placing an order.

• We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses, or internationally at this time.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

• Once a package leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

• If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.

• If you need additional assistance, reach out to us at ADMIN@TRIPPYSHIPPIE.COM within 7 days of the delivery date.
